Briohny Smyth Yoga Inspiration
Some days I need a little extra inspiration to get me motivated to workout. I came across this beautiful yoga video by Equinox that features the beautiful and talented Briohny Smyth! Briohny Smyth is also a yoga instructor at Equinox. Needless to say I was inspired after watching the video and quickly hit the mat. I'm sure after you watch the video below you'll be saying Namaste!
